About UsNanci Coppola is the founder and principal of Coppola Consulting. She formerly served as the CEO of Program Reach, Inc., where she wrote and submitted numerous successful grant applications and trained her staff to do the same.
She has authored numerous articles on programmatic success and outcomes. Most recently her research on the impact of pre-implementation planning on program success, and on the importance of cultural sensitivity in program delivery have been published in major peer-reviewed journals. Nanci’s work in Quality Assurance and Fidelity Monitoring have garnered national attention. |

Nanci has actively sought out game-changing partnerships because she understands the importance of collaborating for success, In 2015, she partnered with New York Medical College to host a National Conference engaging multiple stakeholders in conversations aimed at improving adolescent health.
Specializing in human services management, team building, collaboration and quality assurance; she is skilled at analyzing problems and formulating solutions. Her goal is to help organizations build collegial teams that drive program impact. Nanci has a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and Health Education; and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University. Gina R. Rosich, PhD MSW received her doctorate from Fordham University and her Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has over 20 years of social service experience working with homeless families and individuals across the lifespan, involved with the foster care system, and court appointed adult guardianship. She has taught social work practice, social work history, social justice, and social policy courses.
